 This programme is designed to give you skills to underpin your entire career, and you can come back to it time, and time again as you need (at some point in the future this version of the programme may be closed to new clients, and then eventually retired. IF that happens you'll receive at least 6 months notice of it's retirement.)  Please note that we periodically clean our data, removing accounts which have been inactive for 12+ months. We will endeavour to reach you at the last email address we have for you before any deactivation occurs.

That and it's also the law but we wouldn't do it anyway, we HATE spam too!

If you want your university/employer/yourself to pay us by direct bank transfer:

• You'll need to request a formal quotation from [email protected] Please clearly specify WHICH course you wish to sign up for.
• Then (if you wish your university/employer to pay) fill in a supplier registration form with your finance department (IF we're not already on their system).
• Then you'll need to request a Purchase Order (PO) via your university finance system. Please ensure all POs are emailed directly to [email protected].
• Within 7 days of receipt of your PO we'll issue our invoice.
• Invoices typically take universities 30 days to settle. Within 7 days of our invoice being settled we'll issue a code which will enable you to complete your (by that time paid) registration on this site.
• Sadly because of the complexities of cross border tax law since the UK left the European Union we are only able to serve UK based individual clients, Universities and Businesses. Apologies to our international clients; we're too small a firm to cope with the additional administrative burden :(

What happens after I've put my email into the box?

First of, please remember to tick the subscribe to email list box if you'd like to hear from us when new courses are released/with discount codes/etc. otherwise YOU WON'T (other than automatically generated or other emails that we MUST send you about the course itself to fulfil our obligations to you our customer UNLESS you also untick the box in your personal account area that says don't even send me course updates!); we hate spam so we wouldn't do it anyway plus these days it's the law!  Plus of course we'd never pass on your email address, we trade entirely on reputation so doing so would totally stupid, let alone against our ways of working. 

If you tick the email box you can expect to hear from us occasionally i.e. once or maybe twice a month; mostly we tweet things but our aim is ALWAYS to give our loyal clients, who have trusted us with their details, get preferential access/alerts about what we're up to. So if you've signed up to the email list you'll hear first!

Once you've put your details, if you're already a client (please make sure you're logged in before pressing "buy") the course will appear almost immediately in your personal library area. If you're a new client you'll be taken to a screen where you can create a log in password. This will set up your personal library and your course will appear there. You can then log in and view the course any time you like at a time that suits you.
