• Our newsletter is published no more than 10 times per year.
• Please note that these free resources are offered to support the community we serve, and that we can currently ONLY serve UK based customers (thanks Brexit for the additional business taxes complication, which as a micro business prevents us from serving more widely!). In signing up to access these resources you agree that you are personally UK domiciled, or that your employer (universities pay to access our paid for services on behalf of their staff), is a UK based university, business, charity, etc.
• If your account is inactive for 6 months or more, we may remove it. We will attempt to contact you before doing so. Please add all @researchinfocus.com addresses to your safe senders list; not all universities like messages from .com addresses!
• From time to time products/services/content/materials/tools/etc. are updated and/or retired. In the case of multi use (e.g. courses, NOT a one off coaching programme which has been completed) paid products/services you will have no less than 6 months notice of course, etc. retirement. This might occur when e.g. we make MAJOR revisions constituting a whole new version of the course and therefore relaunch it. In the case of the FREE resources these will be continuously updated/added too/removed as we feel best serves our community i.e. come back frequently because there will probably be something new!

To summarise: 1) be respectful of everyone at all times, 2) remember your comments can be viewed by others, 3) don't share, repurpose, steal, or pass on any of this  content, it is for YOUR PERSONAL USE ONLY. Breaking the simple Ts&Cs is not only unethical, but also harms our small business, will STOP us from producing free materials, and will likely result in your access to our services being withdrawn without warning, and with zero recompense. We may provide evidence of the breach to your employer; and lastly 4) you acknowledge that nothing we offer or say in any way constitutes a promise that you will be more successful in research, etc. grant applications, or in any other area of your life. Much as we would love to wave a magic wand over our clients, we cannot! Our promise is, and always has been, that we will do our very best to support you!
